Delivery
We strive to deliver your catering order at the exact time requested. However, due to factors such as traffic and routing, please allow for a 15 minute window before your scheduled delivery time. Our team makes every effort to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time. If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you immediately.
Order Cancellations
To ensure the highest quality and freshness, all catering orders are prepared in advance. For this reason, order cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery.
Refunds
Once a cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
